Each month your magazine brings local news into every home, celebrates village life, promotes clubs and societies, supports local businesses, publicises community events, and keeps residents informed about the people, places and activities that make Hale and Woodgreen and surrounding villages such special places to live.

For many residents, particularly those who don't use social media or the internet regularly, the magazine remains their most reliable source of local information. It reaches every household, ensuring that no one feels left out of community life.

Just as importantly, it creates a lasting record of our villages—capturing the events, achievements and memories that become part of our shared history. You can find all the latest issues here.

Producing the magazine, however, comes at a cost. The price of paper and printing continues to rise, and although advertising helps, it only pays about half of the full cost of producing the magazine.

Every donation makes a difference especially if you are kind enough to set up a regular payment from your bank account together with a regular gift aid donation form.

How to Donate.

• Bank Transfer: to Hale and Woodgreen Magazine • Sort Code 30-97-41 • Account number 76595460 -  ideally set up an annual payment. 

• Gift Aid: If you are a taxpayer, we can reclaim the tax on your donation. Please complete the Gift Aid Donation Form here.

• Cash: Pop your donation into the Gift Aid envelope we deliver with your magazine in March and September and hand it in at Woodgreen Shop or post it in the locked letterbox at Hale Village Hall.

• Cheque: Please make your cheque payable to Hale and Woodgreen Magazine and post in your Gift Aid envelope at Woodgreen Shop or Hale Village Hall.
