Here it is: Lights, Camera… Community!

Hale Village Hall Film Club is announcing its 2026/27 season of friendly film evenings, and everyone is invited to come along.

Our programme offers a varied selection of films throughout the year, from classic favourites to modern hits, family films and hidden gems. Members are encouraged to suggest future film titles, helping to shape the programme for everyone to enjoy.

The club is about more than just films. With table seating for groups of up to eight, it’s a chance to meet friends, make new ones and enjoy a relaxed social evening. During the interval there will be a pay bar and hot snacks, making it the perfect opportunity to chat with neighbours and fellow film lovers.

Each table comfortably seats up to eight adults, making it ideal for groups of friends, families or neighbours who want to enjoy the evening together. Whether you come as a group or join others on the night, the seating arrangement helps create a welcoming and sociable atmosphere for everyone.

Film nights are on 9th October 2026, 13th November 2026, 11th December 2026, 8th January 2027, 12th February 2027 and 12th March 2027. Doors open at 6.45 pm and the film starts at 7.30 pm.

Membership is just £10 before 1st October, rising to £12 after 1st October. Non-members are always welcome, with admission available for £3 per film.
